Subscription Errors

When I try to open SketchUp I see one of the following error messages:
“The cached license is corrupt.”
“Your device has been offline for too long.”
“You are not licensed.”
SketchUp requires an internet connection to validate your subscription once every 28 days. If it’s been longer than that, you may see one of these error messages. For more information on how this works, see Login Frequency and Offline Usage.
When I open SketchUp, I receive an error stating “This device is not authorized. Please sign in again to continue.” Does that mean there is a problem with my subscription?
This error appears if you recently used the option to deauthorize all your devices to manage your device activations. When you clear this message, login again using your Trimble ID. For more information, see Managing Activations.
