Graphics and Performance Issues
If you are experiencing graphics or other performance issues, please review our Hardware and Software Requirements. If your system meets SketchUp’s system requirements and the issue continues, take a look at the following articles for some troubleshooting help.
Your device contains hardware that controls and enhances how graphics like pictures, videos, and other images are displayed. These graphics components can be built into the motherboard, or on a separate graphics card that plugs into a motherboard slot. These graphics cards are sometimes referred to as GPUs. The software controlling your graphics hardware is called a graphics driver. For help with issues regarding this hardware, see Graphics Card and Driver Issues.
Some performance issues aren’t directly related to your graphics card or drivers. For issues related to other hardware or software, see Performance Issues.
