Trimble's Admin Console

The Trimble Admin Console helps you manage your SketchUp products along with any other Trimble products you may have. Account Owners and License Administrators can view the details of the subscriptions in their account, add or remove users, and assign or remove licenses from users.

Note: When we refer to a user, we mean a specific user as defined by our Terms of Service. Each user, including the account owner, must be a named user designated by their real first name, last name, and email address.

Navigating the Admin Console

When you first sign into the Admin Console, you will see a few different options depending on your role.

Note: Not all roles have access to the same options. For more information about each role and how to assign them, see Managing Roles.

You can navigate the Admin Console using the following options in the top navigation bar:

  1. Account Selector – If you manage multiple accounts, you use this dropdown to choose which one you would like to view.
  2. Account – Provides access to the Account Settings and Billing & Payment.
  3. Purchases – Contains options related to subscription and license management.
  4. Users – Opens the Users page where you can add or remove users, or assign or revoke licenses.
  5. Profile – Click to open the profile menu with the following options:
    • My Profile – Opens your Trimble Profile page allowing you to add a profile picture or update your preferences. If your subscription is managed by your organization, you may need to contact an administrator to change some settings.
    • My Products – Opens the My Products page where you can view and download the products available to you.
    • Manage Account – Returns you to the Admin Console.
    • Support Center – Opens the Trimble support page.
    • Sign Out – Click to logout of your Trimble account.
