Using the Measurements Box
The Measurements Box appears in the lower right corner of the SketchUp interface. The way the Measurements Box works changes based on which tool you are using:
When you create geometry, you can enter a value in the box and specify precise dimensions.
When moving or rotating, you can enter a value to help you position your geometry.
When scaling geometry, entering a value helps you scale to a precise value.
For any tool, you can change the type of unit of measurement by specifying the new unit type when typing in a value.

The Flip and Move tools can help you create multiple copies of an entity in a pattern, also known as an array. You can use the Measurements Box to specify how that array appears.
