What is SketchUp Shop?
SketchUp Shop is a subscription-based version of SketchUp for Web that includes professional-level features as well as Trimble Connect for Business and email support.
Can I use SketchUp Shop on my iOS or Android device?
SketchUp for Web works best on a device that allows you to use a mouse. Although you can open SketchUp Shop, on a tablet or mobile device, you’ll likely find it works best on a desktop computer with a three-button mouse.

Do I have to pay a subscription fee if I already own SketchUp Pro and have an active Maintenance and Support Plan?
SketchUp Shop is a new web-based application that is independent of the SketchUp Pro license and Maintenance and Support Plan.
How do I upgrade from Shop to the Pro subscription?
We are excited you have decided to upgrade to a SketchUp Pro subscription. This is a breeze with our new Trimble Account Manager. Using the Trimble Account Manager you can manage, upgrade, and purchase new subscriptions.

How do I add another user to my SketchUp Shop subscription?
To make changes to your subscription please follow the steps below:
- Visit the Account Management Portal
- Navigate to the Subscriptions panel
- In the row for SketchUp Shop, click the "+" on the right side of the screen.
- A new section will now be visible where you can create additional users.
