Our goal at SketchUp is to provide easy to use, high quality 3D modeling tools. One of the ways we help do that is with a variety of support options. Whether you are a SketchUp novice or an expert, we want to help you find the level of support you need for what you need when you need it.
SketchUp's Help Center
Since you are here, you probably have figured out that our Help Center is a great place to find answers to common questions. Whether you are having trouble logging in, managing your subscription, or using a specific feature, the Help Center has resources available to help you.
The SketchUp Community forums are more than just a way to find answers to your SketchUp questions. In the SketchUp Community you can:
- Connect with other SketchUp users
- Learn tips and tricks from SketchUp experts
- Share your knowledge with others
- Ask specific questions not covered in the Help Center
Need help with purchasing a plan or have questions about our available products? Our Sales team can help you find the right SketchUp plan for you or connect you with a member of our global network of SketchUp partners who understand your unique business and industry needs.
SketchUp Customer Support
Our Technical Support Team is a great resource to help you figure out even the most complex issues you may come across. They provide comprehensive support to current Sketchup subscribers using a supported version of SketchUp. If you don't have an active subscription, the Support Team can still help with a variety of account issues. For support in English, our Customer Support team is here to help you Monday - Friday, from 1 a.m. MST - 5 p.m. MST. For support in other regions or languages, connect with our global network of SketchUp partners who understand your unique business and industry needs.
SketchUp Classic License
SketchUp Classic Licenses, also known as a Perpetual License, are no longer available. If you have Classic License and have access to the version associated with it, we can help you look up your license through our License Manager.
SketchUp Studio includes V-Ray for SketchUp, a plugin offered through a partnership with Chaos group that can help you infuse your model with photorealistic, ray traced rendering. You can find support resources for V-Ray in both the SketchUp Help Center and the V-Ray for SketchUp forums on the Chaos site.
