Here are some common issues users may come across when using Add Location.
If your import has tiles missing, try importing again at a different resolution or using a different provider. Rather than an import issue, it's likely the tile at that resolution isn't available.
Nearmap purchase problems
If you have a problem with your Nearmap purchase, retry the import. With the correct model open, restart the Add Location service by closing the Add Location window and reopening it. You should see a message asking you if you want to import again.

Imports slow SketchUp performance
If imported imagery slows SketchUp's performance, delete it and import it again at a lower resolution. You can also try decreasing the imagery's region.
