Q: What is Maintenance and Support?

Maintenance and support is included with all new license purchases. Purchasing maintenance and support entitles you an upgrade to the latest version of SketchUp Pro. When your license is active on our Upgrade Maintenance and Support Program, you are entitled to a year of free upgrades, and a year of technical support. When your year expires, you will be contacted at your registered email address to renew for another year of upgrades and technical support. Currently, that renewal price is $95 for single user licenses, and $150 per seat for network licenses. 30 days after your support expires, you will incur a reinstatement fee if you wish to re-enroll in the support and maintenance program. Q: How do I purchase if my organization is tax exempt?

A: We need a copy of your tax exempt certificate for your ‘Bill To’ state in order to process a transaction as tax exempt. Please fill out the following contact form and attach it with your request. We will contact you via email as soon as your account has been added as tax exempt in our systems.
