Troubleshooting Sign In Issues:

After opening 3D Warehouse from inside SketchUp, clicking "Sign In" doesn't appear to do anything (Mac - SketchUp 2013 and older )

  1. Solution 1
    1. Click the Sign In link a second time and the login window should appear. Note that this will sign you out of SketchUp (i.e. the G button in the lower left hand corner of the drawing window).
    2. If you would like to sign back into SketchUp, click the G account button in the lower left hand corner of the drawing window. This will open SketchUp's login window where you can sign in again.
  2. Solution 2
    1. Click the G account button in the lower left hand corner of the drawing window. This will open SketchUp's login window.
    2. Click the Sign out button.
    3. Click File > 3D Warehouse > Get Models.... This will open the 3D Warehouse browser in SketchUp.
    4. Click the Sign In link and the login window should appear.
    5. If you would like to sign back into SketchUp, click the G account button in the lower left hand corner of the drawing window. This will open SketchUp's login window where you can sign in again.
  3. Solution 3
    1. Upgrade to SketchUp 2014.

I'm asked to accept SketchUp's access requirements and then told I can't upload to the 3D Warehouse (Windows and Mac - SketchUp 2013 and older )

Indeed, SketchUp 2013 and older versions can only upload models to the 3D Warehouse by opening an Internet browser and going to http://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/. You can avoid seeing the "Accept" dialog box, by signing into your Google Account after clicking the G account button in the lower left hand corner of the drawing window.

The other solution is to upgrade to SketchUp 2014.
